Underused Pedestrian Bridges

Despited the existence of pedestrian bridges along the main road of Parit Raja, many still choose not to use them when crossing the road. The main road is very busy with so many cars, buses, lorries are passing the town as the road is a major link to many places such as Batu Pahat town and Kluang. Perhaps it's high time for the relevant authorities to take some stern action on these defiant people.

Election time in UTHM

Campus election fever hit UTHM again. The election took place on 22 February and the students cast their vote to select their new leaders at the University as well as campus levels. The candidates represented two opposing 'parties' namely Pro-Mahasiswa and Pro-Aspirasi. Towards the election day, supporters of the candidates were seen putting up banners, posters around the campus and created a mini 'poster war'. They also campaigned by giving talks and presented their manifesto to the voters.
